And if you can’t afford it, go rob a bank or something.
I have this handy Zara application on my iPhone that displays all the pieces from their latest collection. I browse it from time to time when I’m on the train or the bus or trying very hard to avoid doing anything constructive. Yesterday, I spotted this black-and-white striped blazer with solid black trimmings and I thought, maybe God does exist, because Lord knows how long I’ve been waiting for a jacket Exactly Like This to show up and now it has, arms-in-the-air yay!
I know it must be new because Zara hasn’t given it a price tag yet, but boy, I can’t wait to check when it comes in so I can finally go buy a piece of clothing. Just as a point of reference, I haven’t bought a single piece of fashion since… November last year, maybe? It was so long ago that I don’t even recall when’s the last time I bought something wearable. Pourqoui?
Lately I’ve been thinking, since I’m at the age where I’ve stopped growing (meaning I’ve given up all hopes of my boobs getting any bigger than the miniscule size that they are), I should buy some clothes that are more trendless, something I can still wear, say, two years from now without thinking,”Good lord, I must’ve been retarded when I bought this.” So I started my search for timeless clothes, which accumulated to naught but dustballs and mushrooms in my closet. Most unfortunate.
Anyway, back to what I was originally talking about, which was… oh I’ve forgotten. But look! Pretty clothes!
Granted, those pants would never look good on me :P
